RALLY Studio Guide

Everything you need. Nothing to decode.

RALLY is a coached training studio in Kreuzberg, Berlin. Sessions run for 50 minutes and groups stay small enough for coaches to know who is in the room.

You do not need to arrive fit, know the movements, or buy specialist equipment. Bring clothes you can move in, clean trainers, and a water bottle. We provide the training plan, equipment, towels, lockers, and the context behind the work.

The room belongs to everyone training in it

Move with awareness, return equipment after use, and leave coaching space around every athlete. Phones stay away from the training floor. Photos are only taken with the clear agreement of everyone visible.

Tell the coach about pain, an injury, pregnancy, or anything else that could affect the session. You decide what happens with your body; the coach's job is to offer informed options.
